Laura
believes and lives by the motto that "Anything is Possible!"
And if one word could summarize all that Laura Kaiser stands for;
it would be "Passion." It's one of her core signature
strengths, as Gallup polled from the book "Now, Discover
Your Strengths" by Marcus Buckingham and Donald O. Clifton.
She has a passion for creativity, learning, experiencing and living
life larger. It's Laura's passion for excellence that guides her
in helping clients succeed to the top of their game.
The firm foundation for Laura's successful executive coaching,
consulting and training partnerships were gained from her rich
adventures as a student of life and broad-based experience of
over 25 years in Corporate America. Industry experience includes
the logistics distribution, trucking, nursery, outplacement, and
the weight loss industries. Roles were in sales, budgeting, customer
service, safety, quality control auditor, engineering and human
resource support, operations, branch and division management,
vice president and Sr. career development consultant, board member.
She managed large diverse teams and multi-million dollar projects.
It
was her passion for excellence that landed Laura on a dream team.
They launched seven new operations in North America, including
Mexico and Canada. She was consistently recognized and promoted
as a top performer and received the prestigious annual "Master
of Quality" award seven years in a row. In 1996, she was
named "Employee of the Year. " Additional experience
includes Circle of Excellence, Total Quality Management, ISO-9000,
and Just-in-Time systems.
Passion
is the driving force that every human wants to re-ignite. When
we have it, it pushes us to achieve something moving and everlasting.
It is the juice in life that can make our world a better place.
Laura has successfully coached hundreds of clients to the top
of their game by helping them re-ignite their passion around their
desired outcome, gain clarity and get extraordinary results in
a minimum amount of time.
