Can I hire a Coach just for a short-term project?
Yes, some clients hire a coach to help them accomplish specific goals or projects. However, the client usually works with the coach for a minimum of three months to gain real results. After that, the relationship continues because of the synergy created; the support the relationship provides; because of goals that have been met; and bottom line results.

How is Coaching customized?
Each coaching package and session is as unique as my clients. All clients benefit from the use of assessment tools, worksheets, referrals, and recommended books and articles. Among the resources available to me are over 750 forms and worksheets through Coach University, exclusively available to the University graduates and students, as well as their paid clients.

Whether you are looking for traditionally structured coaching, facilitation, a self-paced development program, or a career tune-up program, our ever-expanding range of options are customized to meet your specific needs and desired goals. Coach and client work together in structuring a customized contract that is the best use of time and money for the client and implement the tools that are most effective for the desired results.

Will our conversations be confidential?
All information in this packet, conversations in sessions and emails will be kept strictly confidential. I will not release information to anyone without written permission from you, except as required by law.

What Standards, Ethics or Code of Conduct do you use?
Laura Kaiser and Associates operates under the International Coach Federation Code of Conduct. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is a nonprofit, individual membership organization formed by worldwide professionals who practice and/or teach business and personal coaching. The ICF provides a credentialing program for its members. There are over 4,500 members in 25 countries with over 175 chapters. How do you customize a group coaching situation?
Any group coaching, such as team building, right sizing ~ transitioning workshops, outplacement or sales coaching will be delivered on-site, after a clear understanding of the scope of the duties, time line and identifying measurable results are established.
