Inspirations ~ The Rest of the Story

At the core of my being is a very passionate person, a devoted wife; a kind and loving parent; a good friend and a coach committed to your success. I live by the value of being in gratitude. I'm open to constantly learning. I practice present moment awareness. I don't make assumptions and I try not to take anything personally. Over the years I've had the great honored to have several mentors in my life; J.G. Rayburn, who taught me the power of focus. Andrew K. Rayburn, who trained me on the power of excellence, and Marcia Weider, who helped me be a bigger, better dreamer.

I was born and raised in the Midwest, and grew up in a family full of love, caring and sharing. As far back as I can remember our family always had a grandparent or cousins living with us from time to time, along with my two parents and four siblings.

I married Michael Carter Kaiser, my high school sweetheart. Mike is my grounding board and my best friend. Today we celebrate a wonderful life together on our ornamental tree farm overlooking the plush, green Willamette Valley in Sherwood, Oregon. We have been blessed with two healthy, fabulous grown children.

I have spent over 200 hours in class, and another 200 hours studying the coaching curriculum at Coach University, the #1 prestigious Coaching Center in the world. I also spent an additional 85 hours focusing on the ten key principles of dreaming. I was the Vice President & President of the International Coaching Federation, Portland Chapter for 29 months.

The most fulfilling work I've ever done is working with others who are committed to getting extraordinary results in a minimum amount of time and making their dreams come true. I never thought it was be possible to watch someone transition from burnout and fear to balance and success so quickly; or go from playing it safe to experiencing an unmatched level of fulfillment by making their dreams come true.
