What
does it cost to hire an Executive Coach?
Fees vary dependent on the client's unique situation and can be
negotiated providing that you, as the client are committed to the
coaching process and are prepared to do the work necessary for your
success. Typically fees are $400.00 per month for 2 hours of coaching,
which includes phone, emails, motivational e-minutes, newsletter
access, assessments and an occasional laser check-in call. Scheduling
times and the location of the meetings are determined by you, the
client.

Your next step is to contact me by phone
or email; schedule your free 30 minute session, where you can actually
experience the process of a typical coaching call. By the end of
your complementary session, you will know if my skills, techniques
and coaching systems are a match to your needs and wishes.
How
long must I commit if I start working with a Coach?
In
most cases, an initial commitment of 3 months is useful in mapping
out your goals and working towards their achievement. I have found
most coaching relationships last 3-6 months with 2 hours of coaching
each month. Coaching is usually carried out by phone and I have
found some clients prefer to meet face to face once each 1-2 months.
